Our 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo is located in the charming village of Bucerias, and it offers all the amentities you could want. Only 2 blocks from the expansive and pristine beach on Banderas Bay, it is situated in the best residential area of the village. Enjoy easy village living where you can walk everywhere. Bucerias is loaded with lovely shops and restaurants that are only a 5 to 15 minutes walk away. The covered terraces at both the apartment and pool level provide you with lots of shade.
This condominium property has only 4 units and offers both privacy and tranquility. You can see the ocean from our terracr and you will wake up to the birds singing.
Our gourmet Kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. All cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware etc are included.
Entertainment: The living room has a flat screen television and we are connected to Shaw Direct Television.
Internet: During the peak season there is high speed WiFi
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a king-size bed. The second guest room has a queensize bed and a pull-out sofabed. All the linens are top quality 100% cotton sheets.
The condo has a water purification system for pure drinking water at the fridge, the kitchen sink and the guest bath
